We run a range of mental health self help courses for women who have experienced any form of abuse. These are held online in small groups with trainers with lived experience. They are designed to help you find the tools that work best for you to manage your long term mental health.
Short Courses
Our short courses are 1, 2 or 3 sessions. We ask students to attend a short course before our longer courses.

Long Courses
Our long courses are 6 sessions. We ask students to attend a short course before our longer courses.
Take Back Control
This course is for women who have experienced any form of abuse. We help you take back control of your mental health – giving you the life long tools to ‘stay on an even keel’, manage panic attacks, triggers and even crises.

Domestic Abuse
We help you recover after domestic violence. We help you break isolation, process what happened and move away from self blame and anger towards reclaiming your life.

Sex Trade Recovery
This unique programme is for women harmed in any branch of the porn or sex industries.
We help break your isolation & self blame and make sense of what happened to you in a safe, supportive environment with others with similar experiences.
