What is it?

This programme supports the mental health recovery of women who have experienced domestic abuse.

We help reduce isolation, self blame and anger and move towards greater self compassion and confidence, with tools to manage wellbeing, recognise unhealthy relationships and reclaim your life.

The programme was created and is run with experts – women who have experienced domestic violence.
