What is it?

This programme is for women who have experienced any form of abuse. We help you create your own personal wellness plan to manage your mental health long term.

We look at how to stay on an even keel as well as how to avoid, manage or recover from triggers and even crises.

The programme was created with and is run by experts – women who have experienced abuse and who use the techniques covered in the course.
