For Services

Rapid Support for your Clients

We offer unique, high impact mental health support to your clients.

With waiting lists for formal therapy of up to 2 years, we not only help bridge that gap but can reduce the need (and improve outcomes) for costly formal interventions.

Meeting your Targets

The support we offer is high impact but low cost. This means we can help your service meet key funding targets and outcomes.

Why it Works

Our support is based on the highly acclaimed Recovery College model, with a 20 year Global track record.

This takes the form of courses run online in small groups which are created and run by trainers with lived experience.

The emphasis is on learning, self realisation and developing the tools for long term mental health self management.

All this in a highly supportive, positive environment where isolation is broken and women can start to see that they can be in control of their mental health.

Our Courses

We run courses on a range of issues:

  • Domestic Abuse Recovery
  • Sex Trade Recovery
  • Complete Self Management

  • Self Blame

Nuts and Bolts

Courses range from 1 to 6 session:

  • Session typically 3-3.5 hrs

Monitoring and Evaluation

Safe Guarding

We have extensive safeguarding policies (available on request). At every stage we ensure clients are aware that we are not providing therapy but education and agree to adhere to safeguarding standards (such as confidentiality and not to ‘overshare’).

Clients sign a student charter prior to each course and agree a code of conduct at the first session, revisited at each session – giving them ownership and ensuring ‘buy in’.

Added Impact

Our course trainers and many of our other staff are beneficiaries – women who have experienced abuse.

This means we have beneficiaries at our core helping inform our service (and providing vital role models).

In turn we provide income, employability and bite-sized pieces of work in a highly supportive environment, so helping survivors progress in their recovery journey.
